After using your phone number for 30 days. You will need to renew your number to keep using your phone number.
To renew your virtual phone number, just login to your client page.
Search for invoice tab and click on the invoice generated to renew. Contact us if you want change your billing cycle ( 1 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months and 36 months )
Alternatively, you can also top up the funds into your account and your phone number will be automatically renewed. So you won’t risk losing your personal virtual number.
